Part One

 What is a biotensor?

A biotensor is a radiesthesic (dowsing) measuring instrument that makes the subtle reactions of the electromagnetic field visible around the physical body of the person who does the testing.

This electromagnetic field reacts to in- and external stimuli by contracting or expanding.
The field reacts by contracting when it dislikes a stimulus. Its’ contraction communicates a “No”. Expanding occurs when the electromagnetic field reacts with a “Yes, I like this” response.

By asking questions that only can be replied by a “Yes” or “No” you will invite the biotensor to translate the movements of your electromagnetic field into a visible answer to these questions by expanding (Yes) or by contracting (No).

Which biotensor is best for me?

If you are just beginning with this form of testing (starter) you could buy a simple biotensor with a wooden
biotensor handle and  a wooden ring on the tip (end).
Length about 35 – 40 cm, see drawing:

You can find this kind of  biotensor on the Internet for about € 20. =.

There are many types of biotensor, the one above has a wooden ring, you can also find them with metal rings, metal points or even semi-precious stones mounted on the tip. They all work, you will know which one feels right to you. So if you have the chance to try different ones out that is a good idea. It is said that the ones with precious metals in the needle and tip are the most sensitive. Some types of biotensor have a gold metal alloy which works really well. But in the end it’s more about your intent and your co-operation with the biotensor, than about anything else. So spending a lot of money doesn’t always mean you have found the best instrument for you!

Interaction between subtle fields

There is an interaction between your electromagnetic field and other subtle fields, so the reactions of the electromagnetic field can easily be influenced by thoughts and emotions as well. Therefore it is important to keep your mind and emotions tranquil when you want to use radiesthesic measuring methods, by means of the reactions of your electromagnetic field on your muscle tone.

Your physical and mental state influences the results of your measuring efforts.

For the best results your inner attitude must be concentrated and relaxed at the same time. Your biotensor  then makes the subtle “Yes” of “No” signals of your body visible without problems.

It is important to remember that answers to questions in which you are personally involved, are often quite unreliable because it is almost impossible for you to stay objective and neutral in cases like that.

If you are tired or ill the reactions of your electromagnetic field and therefore the movements of your measuring instrument are almost always unreliable. Wait until you feel better again.

 Conditioning of the biotensor movements

You need to make an agreement between yourself and your biotensor. This way it will be programmed and synchronized to your personal energy.
If you are right-handed proceed as follows (otherwise reverse hands):

  • Hold the biotensor loosely in your right hand and say (out loud or to yourself): “When the tip of the biotensor makes a vertical movement (up and down) this means a YES”.

Wait quietly until the biotensor makes the movement you have agreed upon.
Take your time, be patient. You might have to repeat this statement several times until your measuring instrument shows you the desired “Yes” movement.

  • Now you can program the biotensor to give you a “No” answer. Say (out loud or to yourself):  “When the tip of the biotensor makes a horizontal movement, this means a No”.

Wait patiently until the biotensor goes to and fro.
Now to really get the feeling: practice several times while asking: “Give me a Yes” – “Give me a No”.

Important!

Make a habit of doing this as a (calibrating) check before every measuring session.

 Become familiar with your biotensor

Step 1: Ask simple questions

 Exercise:
Start by asking simple questions that can be only be answered with a Yes or with a No:

“Is this a table?”  (Yes/No)
“Is this a book?” (Yes/No)
“Is my name Claire?” (Yes/No)
and so on. Continue until you trust yourself and feel comfortable with the reactions of your biotensor.

Try to stay relaxed and have fun!

Step 2: Question and counter question

To be certain you are getting the right answers it is important that you always check the answers that your measuring instrument has shown you by asking a counter question.

This is a second question that only can be answered opposite to the answer you got to your first question.

For instance your first question is: “Is my name Pete?” If this is correct, your biotensor makes a “Yes” movement.

Your counter question can be: “Is my name Elisabeth?” and your biotensor will have to show you a “No” answer now.

Exercise:
Train this several times with simple and neutral questions.

Step 3: Measuring radiation in your home

 Exercise:
Measuring an electric field around a plug that is connected to a socket. If the plug is connected in theelectric field around plug right way there is no disturbing radiation to be found. After turning the plug 180 degrees and reconnecting it, disturbing radiation will be emanated.

  • Hold the tip of the biotensor near the connected plug at about 5 cm distance
  • Ask: “Is there a disturbing energy field here?” (Yes/No)
  • Ask the counter question: “Is it free from a disturbing energy field here?” (Yes/No)
  • If necessary turn the plug 180 degrees and put it in the socket again
  • Check the result of your actions by repeating the questions.

Top

Exercise:
Measure radiation coming from connected electric plugs in your home just as you did with step 3, measuring one plug.

Thus: asking the questions: “Is there a disturbing energy field here?” (Yes/No) and: “Is it free from a disturbing energy field here?” (Yes/No).

Tip: After you have put the plug into the socket in the right position (with no disturbing energy field around it) draw a mark on the upper side of the plug with a waterproof marker. So you can easily recognize the proper position of the plug in respect to this specific socket (this is different for every socket!).

Step 4: Measuring the range of disturbing radiation around an electrical device

Exercise:
Start by measuring radiation coming from the reading light near your bed. (The electric plug is placed in the socket correctly).

  • Put on your reading-light. Hold the tip of your biotensor near the lamp at about 5 cm distance
  • Ask: “Is there a disturbing energy field here?” The answer on this question must be a “Yes”
  • Ask the counter question: “Is it free from disturbing radiation here?” The answer must be: “No”
  • Repeat these questions while you enlarge the distance between the lamp and the tip of the biotensor with 10 cm every time until you no longer read anymore radiation
  • To determine the range of the disturbing field exactly repeat these questions while you are lessening the distance between the tip of the biotensor and the lamp with 1 cm at a time until you measure radiation again (beginning from the point where you no longer measured any radiation).

If there is an ordinary light bulb in your readying lamp, this will generally be at approximately 60 cm. So you know now what the minimum distance between your reading lamp and your head must be!

If there is an energy-saving light bulb in your reading light the range of its disturbing field will be many meters. Besides this the pulsating type of radiation coming from this kind of light bulb is much more harmful to your electromagnetic field that the radiation coming from an ordinary light bulb.

It is in your best interest to replace an energy saving light bulb by a normal light bulb or LED lamp.

Exercise:
Try to measure the disturbing radiation coming from your reading light after you have turned its electrical plug 180 degrees (the wrong way!) and put it back in the socket again.

Turn the light off

  • Hold your biotensor about 5 cm from the lamp
  • Ask: “Is there a disturbing radiation here?”  (Yes)
  • Ask the counter question: “Is it free from disturbing radiation here?” (No).

You are now measuring the radiation that is freely flowing through the electric wire into the lamp and into its environment.

Put the light on

  • Ask: “Is there a disturbing radiation here?” (Yes)
  • Ask the counter question: “Is it free from disturbing radiation here?”  (No)
  • Measure the range of the disturbing field just like you have done before. You will see that this field is now larger than 60 cm.

Put the plug back into the socket in the right direction after testing.

Step 5: Measuring using an alternative method

Exercise:
Measuring the range of disturbing electromagnetic radiation coming from a transformer/adapter (with power on!), using an alternative method radiation transformer

  • Hold the tip of the biotensor near the transformer/adapter, starting at a distance of 30 cm
  • Ask: “Is there an energy field here that is disturbing for me?” (Yes)
  • Ask the counter question: “Is it free here from disturbing energy for me?” (No)

Repeat these next questions holding the biotensor at a constant distance of 30 cm:

  • “Is this disturbing field larger than 30 cm?” (Yes)
  • “Is this disturbing field smaller than 30 cm?” (No)
  • “Is this disturbing field larger than 50 cm?” (Yes)
  • “Is this disturbing field smaller than 50 cm?” (No)
  • “Is this disturbing field larger than 70 cm?” (Yes/No)
  • “Is this disturbing field smaller than 70 cm?” (Yes/No).
  • After a “No” or respectively a “Yes” answer to these last questions you can determine the exact reach of disturbing energy by counting back from 70 by 1 cm at a time, until your biotensor shows you a “Yes” (for instance at a distance of 67 cm).

Top

Step 6: Reducing radiation from a transformer/adapter using Bioforms

 Exercise:

After you have done the exercise mentioned above:

  • Draw the following bioforms on a piece of paper about 2 x 2 cm:bioformstransformator
  • place this paper on top of the transformer/adapter with the Bioforms towards you on the upper side
  • Measure the reach of energy field of the transformer/adapter with questions and counter questions as you have done before
  • Ask the question: "Is this radiation disturbing me yet?" (Yes/No)
  • Ask the counter question: "Is it free from disturbing radiation here?" (Yes/No).

You will see that the reach of radiation remains but that the disturbing effect of the energy field on your body is diminished or totally gone now.

  • Because the “paper forms” don’t keep their protecting power for long, you can scratch the Bioforms into the outside of the transformer/adapter on both sides with a sharp object.
  • Remove waste energy that accumulates around the transformer/adapter after every use of the electric device which it is connected to by firmly tapping against the housing of the transformer/adapter with your fingertips.
